Aim of our association
Our association “Nepal School project” was founded to support schools in developing countries. We are focusing on teaching music, painting and creative paper crafting, involving working materials. Especially kids are enjoying making music, drawing paintings and creating things. It is a welcome diversion to a normal day full of learning. We cover basic music where a fundamental understanding of rhythm and music components are taught. The method developed by Verena Unterguggenberger, GANZ in der Musik® is mainly used supported by instrumental lessons and singing.
More about it...
We want to introduce more colours and brightness into their day to day learn-
ing. In such countries the school-
systems including the used school-materials are old and are needed to be updated. Old books only in white/ black without pictures and colours. Local Government-Schools are mostly struggling for more money needed to obtain their day to day teaching system. Often some teachers get sponsored by foreign associations supporting the schools. And it is obvious that under such circumstances there is no money available to enable them teaching music, painting, drawing or any other type of creative lessons. They are singing, even having their own class-songs, but more than that seems not to be possible. Specially in "Basic Music" there is a wide range of possibilities to practice also using funny games. These fundamental trainings give them a help for many things in their future life. Drawing , painting and paper crafting can also promote their creativity. And as mentioned above it is a welcome diversion to their day to day learning.5
Reaching more together...
Hello and warmly welcome!
Many thanks to following friends and persons involved to the project
- cashier Walter Kristler. He is coordinating the communication of our association from Kufstein to Nepal. He is always looking for new sponsors enabling us to buy more materials for the schools. Through his personal network he always finds transport-
possibilities for shipping materials over to Nepal. Some instruments he sponsered himself.
- Steffi Kristler. She is responsible for all bank-affairs of the association.
-to the whole family Kristler. They collected a lot of clothes and i was able to distribute it at several schools over here.

- Mrs Dr. Marianne Weber-Keller from the association "ukalo.de". They were sponsoring a new construction of the school-buildings after earthquake, in Naya Basti and Jethal. Further than that they opened an own clinic in Kathman-du, the "Neo-Clinic". I was there my-elf as patient and was very well treated by Mr Surya Kundwar.
- Mrs Sangeeta Bhandari from the association "Himalayan Aid". She brought me together with 3 big bags and personal equipment along to the about 100 km east of Kathmandu situated village Sildhunga.
-Mr Bhisow Karki from the Mandap Hotel. They stored all the packages for us.

-my sister Carmen! She was and is collecting clothing-materials, several playing materials, dolls and some personal stuff for me. She had sent over cartons 4 times and a lot of things had been distributed to students and teachers so far. She were also convin-cing Daniel, my brother to take active part into this project. So he was collecting also a lot of stuff from nursery-schools, as well as private clothes, shoes, games and dolls from friends in Lind and sourrounding villages. The first was the one at Steinfeld with Dir Mrs Irene Fleissner, where many cartons were collected together with pictures drawn by the children for children here in Nepal - how nice this is! Some cartons are on the way to Nepal, the shipping costs had been sponsored by Margreth Hillebold and other friends from Lind (my homevillage in Carinthia). Thanks again for your quick reaction and engagement. The time shedule is stretched as the project-finish is determed by mid of June.
